Business Model Implementation and Enterprise Architecture - Part 8: Implementation and Optimisation

Implementation and Optimisation

After successful preparation of the project, the implementation according to the implementation concept has to be done. In each implementation step, the progress and the success of the implementation is measured using the indicators defined in your implementation concept and in your quality managament plan.

But not only the implementation also the indicators themselves have to be controlled and adjusted if necessary. After adjustment, the implementation has to be measured again with the optimised indicators.

In such a way, a continual improvement of the implemented and changed business processes, organisation, application and software landscape and infrastructure takes place. Furthermore, all applied procedures and methods are improved and adapted to the project's needs.

The continual improvement and optimisation proceeds much longer than the actual implementation of the mobile business model and should become an essential part of running your new or extended business. Therefore, it is a good idea to establish a continual improvement system. But this is not in scope of this article.
